The National Academy of Direct Taxes, Regional Campus, Delhi is dedicated to train the Officers/Officials of Delhi Region. Its mandate includes the following:
- Induction Course for newly recruited Inspectors.
- Orientation Course for newly promoted ITOs/Inspectors.
- Refresher Course for ITOs/Inspectors.
- Training course for ITIs appearing for Departmental Examination for ITOs.
- General Course/Specialized as mandated by the Directorate of Training, New Delhi..
Apart from above, MSTUs also conduct training programme on the following:-

- Orientation Course for newly promoted Tax Assistants/Stenographers/Office Superintendents
- Refresher Course for Tax Assistants/Stenographers/Office Superintendents
- Training course for Tax Assistants/Stenographers/Office Superintendents for Departmental Examination for ITIs
- General Course/Specialized Courses on various matters
